Edging Training To Last Longer In Bed

What Is Edging And Can It Help You Last Longer In Bed?

Updated on February 28, 2022

If you have been searching for ways to last longer in bed you may have already heard about something called edging or edging exercises and wondered what is the method that many men claim has helped them be able to last longer in bed.

What Is Edging?

Edging is a training method used by men to help them improve their ejaculatory control.

Although Edging is often done by men with premature ejaculation, it can also be beneficial for men who just want to last a little longer in bed or for men who simply prefer the enhanced orgasm that generally occurs after edging.

In its basic form edging is really very simple. It involves masturbating right up until reaching the point of no return and then allowing your arousal to reduce, before repeating the process.

Most of the information that I’ll be sharing with you here was learned when I completed the Beyond Delay premature ejaculation training guide. It’s highly recommended and here is a good explanation of how you can use the guide to last longer in bed.

How Many Times Should You Regeat The Cycle?

As a rule of thumb, you should do at least 5 cycles, and your training session should go for no less than 20 minutes (30 is the optimal time apparently).

It’s ok to cycle more than 5 times although as you train more and get better at combining the techniques you should be able to “ride” that point just before the point of no return for longer.

Don’t worry if you fail at first. What’s important is that you keep working at it and put in the time.

Should You Use Porn While Edging?

If you are doing your edging to train yourself to last longer in bed then you shouldn’t be watching porn at all. And sorry guys but this is non-negotiable if you want it to be effecting.

This is because the whole idea of edging is to teach you to be present and in the moment and to be aware of your arousal level at all times. While some guys may think.

What’s The Best Edging Technique?

While it’s fine to just start aging yourself, you will get a lot more out of it if you follow a training guide. This allows you to learn specific techniques and tricks that you can incorporate into your edging training.

For example, the Beyond Delay training guide has a number of really great instant cool-down techniques that can be practiced during edging.

Although these techniques are designed to be used during sex as an emergency method, I found that it was really useful to practice them during my edging sessions and they really helped me extend each cycle.

Tips To Get The Most Out Of Edging

When it comes to edging you can get much much more out of it when you follow the following tips that we will lay out next.

Edging Tips:

  • Choose a private place where you won’t get interrupted in the middle of things
  • Focus on breathing correctly at all times
  • Try to stay at the plateau stage for as long as possible
  • Don’t imagine pressure building up inside you – learn to ride the wave of arousal
  • When complete, enjoy the ending – it will be a much stronger and longer orgasm than usual.

What’s The Best Program To Follow For Edging?

The program that I used is called Beyond Delay and I highly recommend it. It helped me get my average time for sex up from around 3 minutes to 20-30 minutes. There’s a lot to learn, but you can do it all within about 4 weeks if you can train 3 to 4 times a week.

It’s currently only around $50 (not sure how long it will last) and can be downloaded straight from the site so I highly recommend grabbing a copy before you start your edging training as you will get so much more out of it.
