The USP lasers available are uniquely suited to deliver the pulse energy intensities required for demanding applications such as optical filament research, micromachining, solar cell scribing, time-resolved spectroscopy, and many others. As the result of over seven years of discovery, research, and development, Applied Energetics has over forty patents awarded or pending.
The variety of laser systems we have built include:
- Compact direct diode pumped 30 MHz, 1 Watt average power, femtosecond laser.
- Table-top 10mJ per pulse, < 2ps pulse width, 1kHz system
- Truck mounted system over 400 mJ per pulse at 130fs pulse width
